*" How well did this plan work?" It was a complete catastrophe!!
*What was it for? To shore up / stimulate the economy!!
*Was it controlled by accountants or economists or anybody who really understands fiscal responsibility? NO
It was controlled / suggested by bureaucrats (politicians) that wanted to keep their jobs. To be exact: Bill Clinton and Company!
*What are the wanting to do it about it? SAVE THEIR JOBS with another patch job called "EMERGENCY ECONOMIC STABILIZATION ACT OF 2008."
Give it a good name and good things will happen??!! Right?? NO WAY!
Now, if they let the chips fall where they may, we will have some recession ... BUT this plan, which is doomed to fail, will cause a catastrophic depression that will make the one from the 1930's seem like a picnic! But the bureaucrats in office now hope that it will happen when they have retired and because they won't be in office, they know the media will blame the ones who are currently!
Politicians??!! Politicians who accept no responsibility for what they have done. How can this be? This is the result of a 2 party system. If you want either party to support your nomination, your must deny they parties culpability in any wrong doing or mismanagement. Politicians want to be and count on being "popular"!!!
Popular?? That's a grade school thing?? Isn't it?? Apparently our politicians have never left grade school!
You remember grade school and popularity don't you?? Here are the rules:
1. Poke fun of anyone different than you.
2. Poke fun of anyone who thinks different than you.
3. Take advantage of the weak and alone. Embarrass if need be.
4. NEVER, NEVER be the one that says what really needs to be done ... that's for teachers and principals.
5. Claim ever good thing was your idea.
6. Deny even knowing about every bad idea.
7. Kiss up to the ones who can help you ... like say the media..
No wonder this country is buried under political correctness ... our politicians can't tell the truth even when it's the best thing for the country ...AND THEIR OWN KIDS!
"Why he would sell his mother for one more vote??!!" That's right but wrong person ... He/She would sell their own wife/husband or son/daughter for one more second in the lime light!
Well that's exactly what our politicians have done ... sold us down the river...for a promise of what and from whom I don't know ... but that's what they did... to be fair I doubt if 90% of them are smart enough to know what they have done... the problem is they didn't want to know....
BUT I do hope they are still alive to suffer with their kids when the crap hits the fan....... bet you they will deny it then too.... it was his fault>>>>>
